The use of antiseptics is highly recommended when there a disease epidemic, even like the current Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic, because it can slow spread or break chain spread. sheath made lipids easily damaged by fatty solvents (soap, detergent, alcohol> 60%, chloroform, ether), making covid-19 virus unable to infect and reproduce. purpose this study was determine ability inhibit kill Staphylococcus aureus Candida albican bacteria from combination betel leaf (Piper betle L) plant extracts, lime peel (Citrus aurantifolia) bundung plants (Actinuscirpus grossus) formulation F20% w/v, F30% 40% w/v 50% w/v. research method experimental test formulations with concentrations F1 20%, F2 30%, F3 F4 tested against disk diffusion method. results showed that all had inhibitory power were very strong at formulations, while antiseptic activity in 40%.
